It's widely regarded as the biggest hotel demand week anywhere in the region, well exceeding normal capacity. If you're attending, book early. Associates Week brings Walmart associates from around the world to Bentonville for a week of recognition events, leadership meetings, and supplier gatherings. The formal Shareholders' Meeting itself has moved to a virtual format in recent years, but the in-person week around it — concerts at Walmart AMP, campus celebrations, vendor meetings — still draws huge crowds.
